    Founded in 2000 Souvenireventz , originally established itself as “Souvenireventz & Catering Services”( Souvenireventz ) in 1980 by late Shri Nirmal Kumar in very small scale & Later in 1996 it was took over by Shri Mukesh Kumar s/o Shri Nirmal Kumar & he took the company to new heights of success.

    Mr. Sanjoo Sharma - Managing Director

    Sanjoo Sharma founded Radical Minds in 2010 after years of extensive Management experience acquired during his association with industry pioneers like HSBC, HP, Peoplesoft, Andromeda, Infogain & Astra Business Services. Sanjoo joined Radical Minds BPO as the Managing Director and also heads the Executive Council in Radical Minds BPO. With nearly two decades of experience in the Technology Industry, he is in a unique position to navigate the challenges enterprises face when integrating multiple generations of systems and applications as part of their business strategies. He has extensive experience in Planning, Designing, Implementation & managing ISP, Call Centers, BPO, KPO, Data Centers in India, US, UK, Costa Rica and Canada.

    Prior to Radical Minds, Sanjoo was working as Director – Technology with Andromeda & handling 14 facilities with over 10000 employees spread over five locations; Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai. He was responsible for overall IT, Information Security, Core member of Business Development team, Developing and finalizing new proposals/RFPs, Heading Project Team, SGA Task Force (Cost Reduction/Control) & Company’s overall Strategy & Planning

    Prior to Andromeda, Sanjoo was working as Director - IT, Infrastructure & CISO at Astra Business Services & Manager – Global Network Support with Infogain where Sanjoo was responsible for total IT (Projects, Voice, Data, System, Network, Telecom, Software & IT/ISMS Security) Infrastructure initiatives including DR/BCP (India & worldwide Locations (US, UK, Canada etc.) for both Domestic & International Call Centers/BPO). Sanjoo is MBA (IT), B-Tech (IT) & also holds 3 years Diploma in Electronics &Telecommunications. Sanjoo also holds other Professional Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CSPFA, CIPT, C-Voice, SCND, SA1, SA2, Linux, MCSE, MCP+I, SQL, Oracle DBA Certified etc. He is a certified ISO 27001:2005 Internal Auditor & Lead Assessor. He is also a Certified Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ® V3 Foundation practitioner.

    Mr. Lalit Sharma - CFO

    Lalit Sharma is the CFO and a member of the Board of Directors of Radical Minds. Lalit is an Industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience in both public and private sector. He is a highly experienced Finance professional with expertise and exposure in all facets of Finance over multiple industries. Prior to joining Radical Minds, Lalit worked with IFCI Ltd, American Express, and Industrial Development & Central Cottage Industries Emporium.

    Apart from Financial domain, he has also rich and hands on experience in various domains & departments i.e. Organization overall Budgeting, Cost Analysis, Audits & Statuary Compliance

    Lalit is Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers. Apart from this he has acquired computer education from NIIT and Annamalai University.

    Mr. Dinesh Awal - CEO

    Dinesh has a total work experience of over 15 years in the Information Technology industry, with considerable expertise in planning, implementing and managing IT infrastructure. Prior to Radical Minds, he was leading the IT Infrastructure function of YL eServices and Omniglobe International where he was responsible for managing the IT Infra and operations including Data, Network, Systems, VoIP and Security across multiple facilities with user-base of above 2000. He has been associated with different industry verticals including ISP, Software Development and Services, BPO and KPO. During his tenure at these companies, he worked with companies like AT&T, Vonage, Ziff Davis, Rackspace, etc. He has also successfully managed overseas projects involving design, planning and implementation for migration of IT Infra (including hardware, software, data and applications). Besides operational experience, Dinesh has also been involved in the business management aspects like project management, strategic planning and budgeting. He has also been involved in pre-sales activity while conducting business with companies like Sify, VSNL, Make my Trip, etc. Dinesh has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering besides being skilled, trained and certified on various other technologies and platforms from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware and standards like ISMS and ITIL.

    Mr. Keshav Shourie - COO

    Keshav has over 30 years rich experience in Finance, Commercial, Budgeting, Auditing, Statuary Compliance and Retail.

    Prior joining to Radical Minds, Keshav worked with Escorts Ltd, Yamaha Motors, Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd (The Times Of India Group) & Videocon Group. Apart from handling Finance his other responsibilities with previous organizations were Liaison with Banks, Insurance Companies/Agencies for effective support to Business Operations. At Radical Minds, Keshav is responsible for Finance, Administration & Infrastructure, Audits & Statuary Compliances.

    Mrs. Lakshmy Seshadri - AVP-HR & Administration

    Lakshmy Seshadri has over 20 years of experience in major areas including HR, Legal, Payroll, Accounts, and Finance & Information Technology. She has considerable expertise in managing various functions prevalent in the Banking & Financial Sector. She has handled various HR functions like designing HR policies, manpower planning & monitoring, recruiting, sourcing & staffing, effective communication & performance appraisal, career planning & payroll. Lakshmy has also worked on areas pertaining to financial appraisal of projects, budgeting & accounting, purchase of equipments etc.

    She is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University, Chartered Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and MBA from IGNOU and acquired computer skills from Madurai Kamaraj University.

    Prior to joining Radical Minds, Lakshmy worked with the IFCI Ltd., one of the premier financial institutions of the country.

    Ms. Stuti Gaekwad - Head Sales & Marketing

    Stuti has over 13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with a hands-on approach to diagnosing client's needs and negotiating outsourcing contracts for IT Infrastructure, Business Process Outsourcing services, Client Services & Project Management. Stuti leads all client-facing functions including Sales & Marketing and client management across all the business lines of Radical Minds. Responsible for ensuring growth of company’s overall business through organic means, creating a culture of business development and providing executive leadership for Radical Minds corporate strategy.

    Before joining Radical Minds, Stuti worked with NIIT Technologies & Astra Business Services where she handled multiple portfolios i.e. Operations, Client Services, Credit & Collection and Sales Portfolio. While working with these organizations she handled major clients like Collect America, HSBC, Financial Control Services, Central Credit Services, Data Locator Group.

    Stuti is passionate about customer service and believes that it starts with the recruitment of positive and motivated team members. Her growing and enriched experience of over 13 years in the industry has the essence of Training, Operations, Consulting, Marketing and Business Development.

    Stuti holds a bachelor degree and has relevant professional certifications like FDCPA & ISO 27001.
